Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind – Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and delivery costs, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind after delivery.

Quality Concerns – If you believe your firewood is not up to standard (e.g. excessive moisture, poor quality, or not as described), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and details to assess the issue.

Incorrect Delivery – If you receive the wrong wood type or load size, we will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
Conditions

Firewood must be in its original delivered state (i.e. not burned, mixed, or substantially used) to qualify for assessment.

Once wood has been tipped, stacked, or moved, it may not be eligible for return unless a genuine quality issue is found.

Refunds, replacements, or partial credits will be offered at our discretion depending on the situation.
