Wood U Like It?
Wood U Like It, family run fire wood business was established in 2016, from 5 generations of timber experts, the founder Greg Muller started as a ground worker for a tree lopper. It was soon apparent that all the wood was going to waste being mulched down. Having a large property Greg started recycling the Gum, Stringybark and the rarer Ironbark.
Through the first winter fire wood season Greg was able to discover through conversations with his customers, there was a high demand for high quality, premium aged hardwood, and a firewood delivery service that did it all.
This lead Greg to deliver his wood to customers not only in prime burning condition but stacked for the customers convenience. The first company in the Ipswich and East Brisbane region to give this service.
The words premium and seasoned firewood have now been adopted by many local firewood suppliers. Wood You Like It? is the best local wood business, and has now established many loyal customers that keep coming back for quality firewood, great service and competitively priced fire wood.
Our firewood is ready to burn on delivery. It’s split and left to season for months before we sell it. We use equipment that displays water percentages to verify the dryness of our wood throughout the course of the month.
